Cushioning Gel 3D

Upgrade any shoe or boot with these padded footbeds. The dynamic construction of the gel allows it to absorb shocks.

Developed by Sidas; a network of gel micro-bubbles placed in the impact zone is gradually deformed under impact, thus providing an exceptional dynamic cushion. The cushioning gel 3D insole has been anatomically pre-formed, and is composed with a stabilising shell that ensures support and control. The liquid gel pad in the forefoot protects the base of the foot, and the gel pad in the heel cushions impact. The insole is also anti-bacterial, and will fit most shoes. (3.4mm in the forefoot) 

They can be trimmed at the toe to fit into your footwear. To get the correct fit, measure against your shoe's current insole, mark toe end with a biro and cut with sharp scissors.
