The shoes will be sent out on arrival, if you order other items they will only be sent when the Instincts arrive. We are expecting them at the end of November.

The Instinct VSR LV has been brought into the range as a softer more dynamic addition to the Instinct series. This softer feel (achieved by reducing the force applied to the Bi-Tension randing), along with the lowest volume fit seen in the series – even lower than that of the Instinct VS Womens – provides a welcome addition for those who have historically found other Instinct models too roomy and/or not sensitive/responsive enough, particularly within the indoor arena.

• Bi-Tension active randing system runs under the toes and draws back through the arch of the foot to give great flex with subtle tension. This model features a more relaxed application of the Bi-Tension system to make for a much softer feel.

If you are new to rock shoes, we HIGHLY recommend either using hire shoes for a few sessions or getting to a local shop to try some on. If that isn't possible, then give us a call or drop us an email! We can offer you a bit of advice from our years of experience.

If you are used to rock shoes, this guidance should help you to reach a good fit. This is still not guaranteed as everybody has different shaped feet: wide, narrow, high volume, low volume, long toes, short toes, bunions, heel spurs and all the rest. The very best thing to do is make your excuses and take a trip to come see us in North Wales. You can get some proper shoes, heaps of shiny kit and most importantly - out on real rock!
