The VerticalBoard First is suitable for intermediated climbers who want to get stronger to complete their projects. A multitude of different depths are present to gradually train up to your objectives (45mm > 20mm).

Having some trouble doing pull-ups? No problem! This hangboard allows you to attach an elastic band to make the exercises easier (sold separately).

*Too easy? It is possible to upgrade your hangboard by increasing the difficulty by adding 10mm depth inserts (sold separately)
