• Qualification: We offer a 28 day no hassle returns policy on most of our stock.* If the order is returned in its original condition within 28 days of purchase, we will refund you the total cost of the item(s).
Original condition means; the items must be as new, in the condition they were sent out and must include original labels, swing tags, instructions etc., and any boxes and packaging, as supplied by the manufacturer.
*We cannot accept any climbing hardware or software for return; software is classified as ropes, harnesses, slings and the like. The reason for this is we do not know whether it has been used or not, even if it still has the tags on, and would therefore make it impossible for us to re-sell.
• Starting a return: Log in and find the order you wish to return from your account page. On the order page you will find the option to "Request a return". We will approve or deny the return. Once this is done, please send the item(s) back at your own cost to the address below. You will receive a refund or notification of exchange shortly after the return is received. Alternatively, you can email us to inform us of the return and write all relevant information on a note and include it in the parcel.

• Recommended Post: When returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a tracked service and have suitable insurance cover as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.
• Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. The item can then be returned by the cheapest tracked method (usually Royal Mail 48) for inspection and replacement or refund. We will refund you the cost of your postage once we receive the item back.
• Warranties: Please email pictures and a description of the fault to shop@v12outdoor.com. We'll get back to you as soon as we can with further instructions. Please also find proof of purchase; the original receipt or a bank statement so that we can verify the purchase.
We will not cover extra fees for faster postage than was necessary. Please contact us before returning faulty items.
• Re-use & Recycle: At V12, we do our best to recycle all that we can, this means we try to re-use packaging such as boxes and padded envelopes where ever possible. Also, all of our protective packaging is recycled too. In the interests of the environment we would like to encourage our customer to do the same, please try and re-use whatever you can, think before you bin!
